With us there is no minimum rental period and no prescribed arrival days. The prices below are daily prices. The so-called Mallorca tax for vacationers (Ecotasa) is already included. For each stay an additional service fee will be charged. If the stay includes less than 7 nights, this is 500 euros, otherwise 230 euros.

Inclusive services
So that your stay in Ca´n Perla is completely relaxing and comfortable, we have a lot to offer that is not available in other holiday homes. At the beginning of your stay we equip the finca with toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen paper, detergent, dishwasher tabs, washing powder, some spices as well as vinegar & oil, so that you can arrive completely relaxed. The service package also includes shower towels bed linen, additional blankets in the colder season, WIFI and final cleaning.
For small children we provide a whole baby set on request, consisting of a travel cot with mattress, duvet and pillow, cover and mattress protector, baby blanket, high chair, cutlery, plate, mug, bowl, place mat and a buggy. The golfers among our guests will also receive some golf sets free of charge on request for the duration of their stay. You may not expect high-end equipment here, but for the good average player it is enough: 1 golf set for men (RH), 3 for men (RH +1) and 3 golf sets for women (RH) as well as 5 trollys. Please indicate in your inquiry whether you need golf equipment so that we can reserve it for you.
