Ca´n Perla is a freestanding ruby red Finca in Cala Murada. Due to its U-shape, the 300 m² one-storey country house accommodates a huge, partly roofed terrace. There is an outside kitchen, a generous dining table and of course deckchairs and lounge furniture in which you can enjoy the view of the huge green property with pool, palm trees and lemon trees to the full. A private boule-, a small golf course and sand for a round of beach volleyball make the 3´200 m² property the perfect holiday pearl.

Our Finca in Cala Murada is a non-smoking holiday home and offers a spacious living/dining area with fireplace and a top equipped kitchen. It has 5 bedrooms and an office. The master bedroom is more than 40 m² in size and is directly connected to a comfortable open bathroom with bathtub and shower. In addition, there are two further bathrooms with shower and toilet as well as a guest toilet. On request we can provide a cot and a high chair free of charge.
Saltwater pool
In the 5 x 10 meter swimming pool of our Finca in Cala Murada leads a wide staircase after Roman model. At the front the pool is 110 cm deep, at the back about 190 cm. At night the pool is romantically lit and invites you to bathe in the moonlight.
The private swimming pool is filled with natural salt water. The result is crystal clear water without chlorine or large amounts of water care products. For the perfect bathing pleasure, the pool is cleaned up to three times a week during the season.
Sauna & Whirlpool
For the cooler winter months there is a modern sauna house and a whirlpool on the property of our Finca in Cala Murada. From the cosy warmth you look on the beautiful large property. And thanks to the mirrored windows, you are discreetly protected from prying eyes inside. Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the private sauna and whirlpool.
We ask for your understanding that the whirlpool is not in operation during the months when the water temperature of the pool is at least 22 degrees. If you would still like to use the whirlpool, please speak to us when booking. Thank you very much!
Compound
The property around Ca´n Perla is designed like an open park landscape: with palm trees, olive and lemon trees, a large meadow, gravel and sand. In addition to the pool and deckchairs, the private leisure facilities also invite you to linger. On the own small golf course you can practice the hole punching. The actual putting green is quite neatly dimensioned with 15 by 4 meters. This is a wonderful place for practising and for a private Put-Challenge after dinner with friends. Also the own boccia court invites to a relaxed game and a 40 m² large private sandy beach allows even a round of beach volleyball.
Service
As your host we welcome you personally at your arrival and are at your disposal for any questions and wishes. So that you can really relax in our Finca, we take care of the cleaning of the property, fresh towels and bed linen. During the season the pool is cleaned and refreshed up to three times a week. If there is anything missing, our good spirits will be at your personal disposal.
Of course, we have an official rental licence (Govern de les Illes Baleares, VT/1522), which also ensures the quality of our offer.
We make sure that on your arrival you will find products for your (first) daily needs such as toilet paper, hand soap, detergent, sponge, dishtowels, dishwasher tabs, washing powder, various spices, vinegar, oil, filter bags, etc. Should something be missing, our good souls will be happy to help you.
